We went to a summer school at Principia College, which is at Elsah, IL, on the bluffs above the Mississippi river just north of where it is joined by the Missouri at St Louis. I enrolled for a photography class and spent the first evening of the summer school taking pictures of the sunset over the river. We had a sort of sunset some of the other evenings, but none with the blue sky and clarity of that first evening. The college is at a lovely location, and we were fortunate to see it like this.
